Location is great, lovely facilities.
The lakeview luxury villa was filthy. I’m assuming it has never been vacuumed because the pile of thick dust everywhere was horrendous. I saw at least 2 dozens of baby cockroaches roaming throughout the villa, particularly in the kitchen. We paid for 3 bedrooms and only used 2 because the kids’ room had ants and cockroaches, they were disgusted and scared to sleep in their beds. As a result, they shared the bed with us which was horrible considering i have a back injury.
