Disappointing
The bathroom had been recently modernised and was clean. The beds were clean and comfy. Parking directly next to the house. Nice view of the mountains and only a short walk to one of the cable cars in the area.
The Chalet was quite uncomfortable. In fact, we left the property after only 2 nights, although we booked for 7 nights. The kitchen was in poor condition with cupboards full of old and broken utensils, probably going back decades. The living area was unclean with animal hairs on the benches, chairs, sofa. The main eating table was sticky and full of grim (honestly it needs to be thrown out). Oddly enough there is a window in the bathroom that anyone outside can look directly into the room. There was also terrible smell in apartment. The source became apparent during the night were we could hear rodents moving and chewing on the woodwork between the walls and floor. This made sleeping at night extremely uncomfortable, especially for our son. Although we left after 2 nights, we were not offered any kind of refund (although we did get the tourist tax refunded after requesting). Very disappointing.

Relaxing, sunny, beautiful mountain view stay
The great /remote location in the mountains (near skilifts). Inner Arosa is a quiet and beautiful part of Arosa. all small nice looking swiss chalets. Hiking can be started near the appartment (if you have the apartment on the groundfloor: One could choose to sit on the balcony or outside next to the chalets
The apartment living / eating room is a little small. Noise from apartment upstairs bathroom missed some tiles so one could see tubes

Wunderbare Wanderwelt
+Aussicht auf die Berge. +Leises Kuhgeläute vom Hang gegenüber hab ich geliebt! +Sehr ruhige Lage, keine Durchgangsstrasse. +Dank Arosa-Card haben wir das Auto nie benutzt, tagsüber sehr gutes Busangebot. 7 Min. zu Fuss zum Bus. (Rückweg zum Haus allerdings bergauf 😉!)

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf das wunderschöne Bergpanorama
Tolle Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Bergblick. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. In den Schlafzimmern ist ausreichend Stauraum in den Schränken. Da wir im Urlaub am liebsten selbst kochen, haben wir uns über die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche gefreut.

Kleines, uriges Chalet mit viel Charme! Alles war super gepflegt – neues Bad, neue Küche und mega bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist perfekt fürs Skifahren, und die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
