La proprietà è molto bella, una piccola villetta accogliente con una vista sul mare di ischia davvero mozzafiato. La casa in se per quello che necessitavamo aveva tutti i servizi di cui avevamo bisogno. La piscina direttamente sul terrazzo con i lettini un ottimo comfort per la vacanza. Inoltre una particolare menzione per gli host, sono stati gentilissimi con noi e ci hanno aiutato per qualsiasi esigenza in tutta la nostra vacanza.
Unica piccola pecca purtroppo per noi è stata la posizione, essendo che non avevamo affittato un veicolo dovevamo muoverci con i mezzi pubblici e data la posizione della casa non sempre era una comodità. Però in caso si voglia rimanere in assoluto relax senza muoversi troppo nell’isola rimane il soggiorno perfetto, se si vuole fare qualche giro in più soprattutto di sera è consigliabile affittare un veicolo.

Just returned from an absolutely wonderful 11 night stay at Sergio and Patricia's Holiday Home apartment. The two bedroom apartment had everything we needed for such a long stay, bedrooms were large, two bathrooms, one with shower. Large kitchen with good cooking facilities and dining area.
Our terrace was very large with a large dining table, sun-loungers and other chairs and table to relax in and take in the absolutely breathing taking views of Sant'Angelo. Honestly the photos do not do it justice, it is stunning, a real 5 star view.
The pool was great and has the same views. So relaxing and very welcome especially as the heat on our visit was really overwhelming for us as coming from Scotland we are definitely not used to temperatures so high.
As for the hosts, Sergio and Patricia couldn't be more friendly and helpful. What a lovely couple. Patricia especially speaks good English which was so helpful given my very limited Italian.
I would highly recommend a stay here and we are already thinking of returning next year as Ischia is such a beautiful island just hopefully not as hot next time.

Only thing we found difficult and mostly because of the heat at the time was the walk uphill or downhill to the supermarket, bus stops and beach. It was really quite steep and as it is a very old narrow path it is quite uneven. Some people might find it difficult. Unfortunately we aren't the fittest so with temperatures being so high we found it hard though we did manage and it never stopped us going out. We had weekly bus tickets so walking down toward the beach and taking bus from there a couple of stops was the easiest option and you could get of the supermarket. Also for heading to Ischia Porto. In no way though would it stop us from returning to holiday again, just thought I would mention it for the benefit of people who have difficulty with walking.

Perfektní lokalita pro klidnou dovolenou, super pronajímatelé, kteří nám poradili, jak si zajistit parkování na místech pro prezidenty na celý pobyt 👍
Jen taková drobnost: je potřeba v nabídce upravit informaci, že je blízko dostupné parkoviště s cenou 4 eura za den. Takové parkoviště není.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist absolut fantastisch und die Umgebung strahlt absolute Ruhe und Entspannung aus. Ferner ist das Meer innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuss, wenn auch relativ steil bergab, zu erreichen. Bergauf erreicht man in 10 min die Bushaltestelle, einen Bäcker und einen COOP zum einkaufen. Die Vermieter sind absolut herzlich und hilfsbereit und helfen beim besorgen von schweren Einkäufen.
Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionell und sauber.
