شقة عبارة عن غرفتين وصاله ومطبخ وحمام وبلكونه في الطابق الثاني والصعود بالدرج ولا يوجد مصعد الشقة نظيفة وآمنه ولديها أطلاله رائعة وقريبة من البحيرة والمنطقة هادئة وصاحب الشقة شخص محترم جدا و قريب منك

مكان جميل ومريح المنظر الخارجي ابداع الخالق خاصة الدور الثاني واطلالته على الجبل هي حلات السكن المضيف مصطفى جدا خلوق ومتعاون ويحرص على تلبية طلباتك ، وايضا بالقرب منه بكم متر مطعم سنان واسرته ممتاز فطور غداء عشاء اكلهم وارخص من مطاعم بميدان ازنقول انصح فيه وبقوة ، يبعد عن بحيرة ازنقول 20 دقيقة مشي والدرج فيه عالي قليلا للدور الثاني لايناسب البعض. سعره معقول ومناسب اكثر من الفنادقوالشقق بداخل ساحة البحيرة من تجربة انصح فيه بكل امانة
لايوجد شطاف بالحمام وهذا العيب الوحيد وقام مصطفى الله يسعده باحضار شطاف وحاول تركيبة ولكن لم يزبط
