Do ambiente limpo, do conforto da cama/ bicama, da cozinha equipada, do chuveiro quente, porque estava frio e chuvoso. Pontos bem positivos!

Acomodação com bastante espaço: sala com sofá e TV, uma pequena e prática cozinha bem ao lado, banheiro, quarto e sacada. Mto próxima à praia. Piscina aquecida, um pequeno armazém dentro do condomínio e um restaurante mto bom em frente. Fácil e rápido acesso à praia. Ótimo custo beneficio.
Estacionamento pequeno. Se estiver lotado, estacionar o carro pode ser uma dificuldade.

Localização excelente, lugar organizado, mas o flat deixa muito a desejar.
Não vale R$ 567,00. Instalações antigas. Fat parou no tempo. Eletrodomésticos velhos. Quarto envelhecido. Nem tomada de 3 pinos tinha. Entrada do flat e garagem apertada.
