The location was great, the place was big and comfortable, they were nice enough to leave cleaning supplies like clothes detergent and some local candy. The washing machine for us was a life saver. Fully equipes kitchen with all the appliances (kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, glasses). The sofa bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfect.

Main thing was I tried to communicate multiple times before arrival and receives no answer, would have been nice to have contact information or receive answers prior to arrival to feel secure and safe with our reservations and receive answers to our questions. Overall the place was clean, we just found an item we didn’t really touch under the couch while we were checking all out stuff for check out, so maybe the cleaning was not the best under furniture but everywhere else looked pretty clean. It’s also worth mentioning is on the third floor and no elevator but we knew this already and for the place it was worth it.

I liked how clean it was, it was in a good location and the beds were comfy.

The air con didn’t didn’t and when we tried to use Netflix to watch a film, the film kept freezing, the remote wouldn’t work so we had to unplug TV from the wall.

Quiet and comfortable accommodation in a great location, just a short walk from Wawel Castle and Kraków’s Old Town. Spotlessly clean and air-conditioned.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property. As a small suggestion, it would be helpful to provide some plates and cutlery in the room for added convenience.

Very clean, good location, reasonable price

Very tiny room, unreliable communication, noise in hallways and parking lot
