PlayRoom Aparthotel

The apartment was great. Newly and stylish renovated. Extreemly clean. Big coffee selection and our family favourite sweets mieszanka krakowska. The hostess went above and beyond to organise us airport pick-up last minute and let us keep our bags in the storage room for many hours after we checked-out. The taxi driver was great, on time and super organised. As a holiday apartment owner I love the quality and standard Play Room Apartments offer as it's as high as my own apartments.

Comfy bed, great location, all clean and luggage service on side

The location was great, the place was big and comfortable, they were nice enough to leave cleaning supplies like clothes detergent and some local candy. The washing machine for us was a life saver. Fully equipes kitchen with all the appliances (kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, glasses). The sofa bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfect.

Main thing was I tried to communicate multiple times before arrival and receives no answer, would have been nice to have contact information or receive answers prior to arrival to feel secure and safe with our reservations and receive answers to our questions. Overall the place was clean, we just found an item we didn’t really touch under the couch while we were checking all out stuff for check out, so maybe the cleaning was not the best under furniture but everywhere else looked pretty clean. It’s also worth mentioning is on the third floor and no elevator but we knew this already and for the place it was worth it.
