Its a nice place and trip. EVERY THING IS EXCELLENT.In the reception, Ali was super nice, fast and helpful in every thing we need. Actually I was surprised about his level of competence.

We had a great time to remember.
The staff there Mr. Ali was very helpful and solved the heaters issue very fast. He helped all the time to put the fire and get us the wood needed
He is professional, very helpful and caring.
The villa is good for large groups and the kitchen is fully facilitated with all you need for cooking and grill
It's cleaned very well and well maintained
The villa was cold when we arrived, apparently they didn't put the heaters on enough time before.
The pools heater wasn't working too
Not all beds were ready.

Enough space to accommodate a small family.
The view
No daily house keeping.
No enough bathroom towels.
No enough and quality toiletry (shampoo, body lotion, etc).
No proper ventilation for the bathrooms.
No fly screen for the windows.
