Villa Kaylem

The Villa was spacious and the pool was excellent. It was clean and tidy. It was in a lovely quiet area, about a 20 minute walk into Dalyan. The pool was cleaned each morning. Host was very receptive by text.

The sun loungers were tired and some were broken. The pads were old and the paint flaked off onto your towel/skin. The umbrellas were broken and blew away when the wind was strong. There were no cleaning products in the villa, no cloths or spray which I think is poor for a rental. No pool towels.

The only criticism would be that local digs and cockerels were quite noisy at night time. I would absolutely recommend taking ear plugs. Beds comfortable

The villa and pool were both lovely and clean. The pool was perfect for the whole family, perfect size and depth. About a 20 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan. A couple of days we ran out of hot water for showering, the owner came immediately and sorted it out. We found out on his second visit that in one of the bedrooms at the front of the property are 2 (what the occupants thought were towel hooks) upright pieces of metal and wondered why they kept moving and couldn't take the weight of the towels, they kept moving them back to the upright position not realising that they were in fact turning off the hot water supply. They did get ribbed when we found out . A sign above them would be a good idea saying water taps not towel hooks. We would happily return.

Black out curtains would of been useful especially for the children

La maison est vaste et agréable. Elle est parfaite pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis pour explorer la région … ou pour rester au bord de la très agréable piscine!
