The deposit amount was collected during my stay and the hotel had confirmed that it would be refunded. However, the refund has not been received until now. Kindly check and process the refund at the earliest.
The deposit amount of 6,500 CNY was collected during my stay, and the hotel provided a written confirmation that this amount would be refunded. However, the refund has not been received until now.
In addition to this, I was again charged 5,800 CNY for the actual stay amount. This means a total of 12,300 CNY has been deducted from my account.
The hotel staff confirmed that the 6,500 CNY deposit refund will be returned to my bank account. I also contacted the bank, and they informed me that the refund will be credited once the hotel processes it. I am still waiting for the refund to reflect in my account.
Kindly check and process the refund at the earliest.”**

Amazing view, amazing breakfast, amazing room, amazing city!
Amazing view but air conditioning couldn't keep up with the sun shining in with the curtains open during the day.

Nice facility
The front desk people are cold and unhelpful. Their WiFi did not work at all for us during our entire stay. We asked questions and the answer is “ I don’t know”!
