Easy to book and very affordable. Room was clean and comfortable and we met some lovely fellow travelers in which we had a nice space upstairs to socialise. The little communal kitchenette was very handy

a bit dated, but everything you need: kitchenette ( kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery), seating areas, fridge and washing basin in room. very clean. close to town, walking distance, good beds. a bit old, but ok. milk, coffee and teabags were nice. it was quiet, even if there were guests down in the restaurant or gaming rooms.
booking.com had 36 sqm for the Budget 3 bedroom, it was about 20 actually, I guess, they counted lounge and kitchenette as well. we told them, so it should be fixed for the next guests.

Not too far a walk from the bus stop, small township & river walks. Hotel bed was comfortable. Place was very outdated but clean enough & okay value for money.
Everything was old & could do with some updating. Rooms had bare minimum amenities (bed, bar fridge, wardrobe & dining table). Hotel occupants share three bathrooms & one small kitchen (fridge, microwave, crockery & cutlery, but no sink) amongst them so these rooms can get very busy & crowded. Few options for eating in the township (a 10-15 min walk away) so really need to eat at hotel or self-cater (supermarket 10 min walk away).
