Hotel Cappuccino

The hotel looks new, stylish and really clean. It is nice to have a cafe right in the first floor, the reception staff were professional. I liked the room, it was efficient for one person, clean and looks really nice. Safe location with many food options. Bus station is just in front of the hotel: 2stations from the airport bus. Metro stations are near by too, few minutes walk. I enjoyed the whole experience.

I was in higher floor yet i still could hear the noise of cars in the morning: using a earplug helped me a lot, so it was not a huge issue for me. The hotel is located in hill. if getting there from train station u may need to consider stopping one station before and getting on the bus to avoid hard time with luggage.

I liked everything about my stay.

I absolutely loved the location. Being right in the heart of Gangnam made it incredibly convenient, especially for anyone visiting Seoul for beauty or medical treatments, as many clinics are located nearby. The staff were always attentive and welcoming, and our room was cleaned and the beds made every day. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish design and great attention to detail. The rooftop was stunning, and the café downstairs was both lovely and very convenient. I also appreciated the coin system and the fact that they provided two room keys for two guests, which not all hotels do. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would happily return.

The hotel lobby and the rooftop restaurant are decorated in an industrial style with a sense of design.

During my one-week stay, the hotel did not inform the city government that they would be carrying out all-night road construction for three nights (from 10 pm to 4 am). The two elevators in the hotel also took turns to be inspected, which took up four days. I was completely dissatisfied with this situation. And breakfast start from 07:30, which is too late for daily business schedule when considering the traffic time.
