Need more constrate cleaning for valuable assets. Very good built a environments

Unhygienic in toilet and no exaust working, when I open door all the time my moisture water drop on my head. And RO water bottle sealed, it's a health safety concern very good act.

The hotel is very nice and seems like a 4/5-star property from the entrance. The staff was good and professional. The room was very spacious and good. The bathroom was good, could use more ventilation, but overall, it was not an issue. Breakfast was decent; one day it was not great, but another day it was fine. The main reason we booked this place was for the adjacent amusement park, and it was a good decision. The amusement park was very good, and well-maintained, a very good fun day out, with a water park being the highlight. There are lots of sections in the water park, and thus suitable for all ages. All conveniences such as lockers, changing rooms, swimwear, and lunch are also available in the amusement park. There are some dry rides too, they were ok, mainly for kids.

The hotel is well designed but needs a bit more TLC. The children's play park is worn out, the pool needs better cleaning, as being an outdoor pool, it had a lot of dirt, and there didn't seem to be a regular cleaner or a continuous filtration system. It was not dirty, it was usable, but could be improved. The amusement park was only open from 10 to 5 PM, but that was the hottest part of the day. Could be more extended. The food prices in the hotel seem too high. I was expecting higher rates, but felt higher than what I had imagined. Example: Almost Rs398 for 1 bread toast. We mostly ate out.

Very good hotel with all the facilities, comfortable stay, polite staff, good parking, superb breakefast. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Room facilities are aging and need better upkeep

Big rooms and easy access

Its a run down property, not maintained at all. Other than the rooms no other facilities working. Game room was in shambles, the cleanliness of the property was quite bad.
