1. The room is veeery big 2. The hotel has a pool 3. Clean 👍 4. The host very nice 5. The price is good 6. The water always warm/hot, so no problem with that( I heard other people talking about shortage of hot water in other hotels) 7. There is a kitchenette, this is great if you want to make yourself a coffee or a fast breakfast in the morning before going to the beach ⛱️

Cons: 1. long way to the beach, but we knew it was not close 2. The towels are not changed daily and the toilet paper it's not replaced, if you want that you have to ask- I think there is a fee for the towel change- something like 10BGN 3. The pool was open only until 19:00 :( would've been nice to go in the evening also 4. A bit hard to understand each other as we don't speak Bulgarian nor Russian and the host doesn't understand very good English, but in the end OK, we managed to keep the conversation short 😁 5. The front door of the hotel was locked, so a bit hard to make the check in, we had to call the number that was on the wall and the person didn't really understood us
