Having issues with downstairs heating

We really love the location and the ease of access for the kids to the basketball court and play ground. The townhouse is spacious and was a delight to stay in. No wifi gave the kids an opportunity to discover what CDs and DVDs were!

We love the location and space this property has to offer, however we can agree with other's reviews that it needs an update and sadly we wouldn't choose to return if it remains as is currently. It feels tired, worn out and in need of an update. This is some further feedback we have: -Toilet paper: 2 rolls for a family of 4 for 8 days felt quite stingy. -Broken chair outside on balcony. it's rusted and snapped in half, it should be removed. -We couldn't get BBQ to work, maybe the gas is empty? -Torn/worn out couches need to be replaced or covered. -Broken bed in twin room -the Rubbish bin in the kitchen has a broken pedal. it's simple enough to replace a generic kitchen bin and should be considered for a $400/night property. -the red Rubbish bin was full on our arrival, so we had nowhere to dispose of rubbish for 5 days until Friday collection. We hope you consider our feedback and we would be delighted to stay again when we see updates have been made.

great modern clean home, with all the mod cons

No Wifi available. I realise that this it states this on the site, but it would great if you they could consider it, as if you are a family with kids, who rely on their phones and Ipads, this could be quite dissapointing. The area is not good for phone reception and in this day and age It was dissapointing that there is no wifi. I had to go upstairs to get online as the phone reception is about sketchy in this part of Torquay.
