Konumu çok iyi. Şehir merkezinin hemen arkası. Yürüyerek çoğu yere gidiş imkanı var. Çevrede kahve, yemek ve alışveriş yerleri mevcut
Eşyalar biraz eski ama kullanışlı. İnsanı çok etkileyen bir durum yok. Bina girişi ve asansör ilk karşılaşmada biraz ürkütücü ama sonrasında güvenlik problemi yaşamıyorsunuz.
