Perfect location & great view

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing apartment in Komiza. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home, and they were always available and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself was spotless, and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was commendable. The presence of two air-conditioning units was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, providing a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere indoors. The real gem of this apartment was undoubtedly the breathtaking terrace with its mesmerizing views. Overlooking the charming Riva, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and take in the beauty of Komiza. I was happy to find a great coffee machine in the kitchen. It was the little things like this that added a special touch to my stay. The location of the apartment couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Komiza, right on Riva, I was within walking distance of all the town's attractions, restaurants, and the stunning beach. It made exploring the town and its surroundings a breeze. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Komiza.

Small, clean and cheap studio apartment in the heart of Komiza

Location was fabulous, clean apartment and cheap

Free public parking most likely possible /guaranteed only in off season. Also it was mentioned maximum 30 mins only for parking., though the hosts mentioned to us that we can park there continuously. Also parking, to the apartment is 300 meters as the apartment is in a pedestrian only zone. The studio apartment was a tad bit tiny than it appeared on pictures.

For people who like to be in the middle of city life

We loved the balcony. It has a great view over the harbour and into the sunset. We booked the place because we needed a place with 2 bedrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with toaster! Windows are sound proof. Shops, market and restaurants are super close by. The owners are very sweet.

For us the place wasn’t too comfortable. Maybe it would be a good idea to add a small couch to the kitchen where 2 people can sit instead of the childrens armchair that is there at the moment. Also unfortunately the smell from the laundry and motorcycle garage downstairs was quite heavy. At times it was difficult to breath in the hallway and on the balcony. Inside the apartment there is no smell.

Great stay right in the heart of Komiža

The best part was the kitchen, well equipped, everything there you'd need (except for oil). The location couldn't be better, the apartment is right in the heart of Komiža. The mattress was comfortable and everything was clean. The hosts were amazing. Communication was a little difficult but they were the nicest people. They even allowed me to wait at their own house for the rain to stop after checkout.

The bathroom smelled like a sewer. Otherwise nothing major. It was a little noisy in the evening, but that's what you'd expect just a couple steps away from all the restaurants. At night it was quiet. Apart from the fridge that was noisy sometimes.

A cosy place with a fantastic view of the marina

I think I was lucky this property was available for my dates because you can’t wish any better. It’s right on the marina promenade and everything is two steps away. The apartment has a terrace with the view on the marina, the small bay and the mountains. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The host was very welcoming and attentive.

Best option in the center of Vis!

The location and the spirit of the hosts. They were super kind and waited for my in the bus stop and kept my suitcase after the check out so I could go to the beach. The apartment has everything you need and even Netflix and sound proof windows so you don't hear the noises in the night. Totally recommend!

NICE AND CLEAN

Apartment was very clean and fresh. We had everything we need, clean and cozy place. It is situated in center with restaurants and market few steps away. We will be back on our next trip to Komiza.

Amazing village with fantastic apartment

We stay two nights in the apartment on the third floor which has a terrace with an amazing view above the village and harbour. We loved our breakfast on this terrace and to rest in the afternoon under the sun. Ante was so kind for awaiting us when we arrived late in the evening from Vis (ferry from Split) and to help in carrying our luggage. The kitchen is very well furnished, every room has a comfortable bed and a private small light. The apartment is situated in an old house of Komiza on the third floor. While we stayed in that apartment we had the feeling to be part of the village. In the village itself you will find all what you need from backery to markets, farmacy, restaurants and planty of coffees. We strongly recommend this apartment. We are adding some pictures to convince you to stay here.
