Ideal for four people, two couples or a couple with children. Guests can take advantage of a double bedroom with Queen size bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Both spaces are equipped with TV and air conditioning.
The kitchen is equipped to satisfy every need and palate (courtesy set, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishes, dishes and kitchen utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave). Every comfort is available to guests.
Private bathroom with large shower with crystal and complete with all the bathroom towels, courtesy set, hairdryer and washing machine.

A few steps from the sea and the city center. Through a small road you can get in a few minutes in the picturesque Cala Paguro or reach the suggestive coves of Grottone, Lama Monachile, Ponte dei Lapilli and Grotta delle Rondinelle.
A few steps from the town's cycle path, ideal for appreciating the coast from the center to the marina, and further to San Vito. From Cala Paguro it is possible to rent pedal boats or embark for an enchanting tour of the typical Polignanesi sea caves.
The Municipality of Polignano a mare, with Resolution of C. C. n. 60 of 30/11/2017, established the Regulations for the application of the tourist tax.
The same, equal to € 1.00 per person and per night (payable for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights) is not included in the daily rate and must be paid by guests by the end of the stay. The tax is reduced by 50%, rounded up to 50 cents, from November 1st to March 31st.
