The Gîte de Lescarcelle near Château de Bonaguil

I loved the quietness, yet noises of the countryside. So many different bird songs. Only rare planes flying high overhead (unless it was the military!) We were made to feel welcome. The area is "isolated" and you need to drive to the many tourist areas around, but I was well aware of this. Getting off the main road, driving through the narrow C roads is just lovely. We hit a heat wave over Europe so the pool was a great bonus. We were caught out by the need to provide your own sheets and towels, fortunately I have friends in the local area. I also wasn't prepared to pay a cash deposit. Maybe I should have read the website a bit better! Apparently this is common for gates in France. I would recommend this property.

Très bon accueil dans ce logement simple mais fonctionnel. L'endroit est calme et propice au repos. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature et permet un retour aux valeurs de base. Notre hôte montre une grande implication dans le bien être de ses convives tout en restant discret. Très bon séjour.

Très agréable séjour à lasclarelle ,Maison , piscine avec très belle vue, avec Transat.Table de Ping Pong. Tout était parfait pour des vacances en famille, en pleine nature,avec des propriétaires adorables et prévenants à proximité. Je recommande sans hésitation.
