Wir hatten eine so tolle Zeit! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort zuhause gefühlt. Sie ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Terrasse ist der Hammer und die Lage einmalig. Während unseres Aufenthalts in Rom galt Warnstufe Rot und man konnte sich tagsüber bei über 38 Grad im Schatten nicht draußen aufhalten. Da wir schon oft dort waren und viel gesehen haben, haben wir das Beste daraus gemacht und die gekühlte Unterkunft hauptsächlich abends zum Essen verlassen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Bei der Ankunft gab es gekühltes Wasser und Sekt und außerdem ein paar Kaffeekapseln für die Nespressomaschine. Wenn man im großen Wohn-/ Esszimmer frühstückt, kann man bis zum Nationaldenkmal schauen. Toll, dass es zwei Sofas gibt. Das Bad ist neu und hochmodern. Die Terrasse ist herrlich! Neben einem Tisch mit Stühlen unter dem schattigen Vordach gibt es zusätzlich bequeme Sessel mit Kissen. Fun fact: Nicht erschrecken! Pünktlich um 12 Uhr ertönt vom Gianicolohügel hinter dem Haus aus der tägliche Kanonenschuss, und das seit über 100 Jahren. Wenn wir nochmal nach Rom kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen, dieses Apartment zu buchen!

Location was excellent. Lift access. Large apartment for one bedroom. Balcony was large. Good bed settee in lounge (there were actually two)

Facilities were tired. Problems and faults such as electric sockets hanging out of the walls had not been fixed from our last visit the previous year. Although the apartment is marketed as a penthouse there appeared to be an unofficial apartment above us which was unoccupied for most of the time, but did have a party held there for one night which went on into the small hours. Noise was not excessive.

A very nice apartment in a good location with a glamorous roof terrace which reveals much of Rome's famous architecture.

Unfortunately the management company was very severe with their dealings with customers. First if all you had to send 3 profile shots of each person with their passport in each photo, detail every single detail in each passport. This was extremely onerous 24 hrs before arriving when very busy already with packing and travelling. Trying to get into the apartment was the next challenge, as if your phone doesn't have mobile data or a signal there is no chance of entering apartment. In fact if your phone ends up dead after using Google maps to navigate rome you cannot command to door to open, the very front door has neither pin nor keys. According to the company this is "the best system in the world" Thirdly threats were issued via email and once again via notice in the apartment that there would be a 50 euro fine if trash was not emptied to some outside bins, this very much upset my 9 year old daughter who said she didn't like the appointment because of this, after all we are on holiday to enjoy ourselves and not be threatened, if i had known this would have upset her i would have kept it secret so she would not be troubled.
