Teresa is ready to welcome you with great kindness, a welcome juice, and a smile. We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there, and everything was delicious. There is also the possibility to buy large bottles of water, which is perfect for those walking the Rota Vicentina. The apartment was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything necessary. The pool and sun loungers offer a beautiful sea view, and the sunset from the pool is absolutely stunning. The caipirinhas were also very tasty!

If you are in the area to hike the Fisherman's Trail then you cannot beat the location of this property. It is a five minute walk to the edge of the cliffs, where, from April and through June, you have storks nesting on the cliffs. It is also a five minute walk to a lovely, flat and easily accessible beach. The kitchen facilities were also great and had everything we needed to make breakfast and cook dinner. The view from the front balcony was outstanding (we were in the upstairs two-bedroom apartment.) There was also a back balcony where we could sit and soak up the early morning sun. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom.

The place is quite damp. That is not necessarily the fault of the hotel but more the fact that the area is damp in general (morning fog is not unusual). That said, the place did NOT have a musty smell but it did feel damp and rather cold (even on a 30º C hot day). The beds seem to have some kind of plastic sheet underneath the regular sheet, making it a bit uncomfortable and somewhat noisy to sleep on.
