Amazing, spacious place with a host in the top 0.1%.

Anita was an amazing host making sure we settled in well, were comfortable and took the time to acquaint us with the area far exceeding our expectations (and we travel the world) . Additionally, she brought us examples of local food to taste on several occasions and worried about us when we came back late touching base by cellphone to make sure we were well.

Best stay in Albania

We are in our 3rd week in Albania and this was our best stay, also for the most competitive price. It's a very big apartment with 2 bedrooms and a big living room and kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped for people like me who like to cook. Massive balcony all around. Finally good WiFi, which isn't always the case in Albania. Warm shower and big bathroom with washing machine. Free parking. Good location close to main road. The people are also super nice and speak English is, and they even made us complimentary traditional breakfast the first morning. Amazing! Thanks for everything.

Amazing host and house

The owner made us feel like home, offering a free breakfast and bringing us some traditional meal for lunch without asking anything. The place is big and very quiet. The free parking with camera to make it safe was great. The washing machine is a plus, especially after a few days on the road. I definitely recommend this place to stay, thank you so much !!

Apartment is quite big, the rooms are great and comfortable. There are air conditions. There was all necessary for cooking. Owners are very friendly and helpful persons. We have stayed here for three times and every our holiday we have a great time in this place. We love this family and this area called Orikum!!! I recommend this apartments.

Excellent in every aspect

Worthy for the price, excellent service, big and clean rooms, and Anita gave us the most warm welcome! Very near center and just 15 min walk to the beach, enjoying the view! Will come back!

The owner of the apartment Anita is incredibly kind and hospitable. She made our stay feel like we were at our friends. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The location is great for exploring that part of the Albanian coast. The owners also have their own restaurant on the beach with wonderful fresh sea food at very decent prices. High recommendations for the apartment

The apartment is very spacious, very well equiped with everything needed for a pleasent stay. The description and the photos are exactly as it is. The owner is very friendly and helpfull, she surprised us with homemade breakfast and provided us with everything we requested. This place is definitively a good value for the money, we warmly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a quiet and home-like place to spend the vacation.

We were pleasantly surprised,Everything was at a high level.We warmly recommend to everyone.

Location is not near the see,but is on small hill and in hot summer nights that is great because of the breeze.Our arrangement is not with breakfast but every single day Anita,the host,make us something different,first day pasta,than pancakes,than burek,When we arrived bottle of home vine,when we leave,homemade honey.Anita,beautiful woman, with great smile was there on every our request.Prize for a big spacious apartment was very favorable.Orikum is not so small,there are few big markets,there are shops where prepared see fish for home very cheap.

Because we prepared our food and meals,we would suggest to hosts to put gas in kitchen,for better heat of flame and for shortening preparation time. Road from Vlore to Orikum is very slow,narrow and with heavy trafic

Very good apartment for moor than 2 person. Two bedrooms and kitchen. Beach was not very close but walking to the beach was nice. Not crowdy. Water clean and warm.

L'accueil de Anita était parfait. Avenante et tres sympathique. Les échanges étaient nombreux ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée et notre départ.

Des gens formidables et pleins d'attention. Petit déjeuner alors que non prévu, petit cadeau local lors de notre départ. Une communication simple et rapide. L'un de nos logements préférés pendant notre road trip. Mention spéciale pour l'organisation de notre sortie en bateau privé avec son fils Georges. Une guest house géniale. Dommage nous n'avions pas assez de temps pour aller visiter les ruches des propriétaires. Un endroit à refaire et à recommander.

Jsme spokojeni a rádi přijedeme zase.

Klidná lokalita, hezký výhled, krásný dům a zahrada. Čistý a prostorný apartmán, pohostinní majitelé, pračka a dobře vybavená kuchyň. Hezká terasa. Od paní majitelky jsme každý den dostali ochutnat výborná domácí jídla.

Čistá postel, ale matrace trochu proleželá už zaslouží výměnu.

Schön und rundherum entspannt.

Anita ist eine sehr sehr liebe, nett und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Super lieb! Der Aufenthalt war perfekt und rundrum sorglos. Zusätzlich gab es leckeres frisches typisches albanisches Frühstück. Wir empfehlen dies definitiv weiter. Danke für die tolle Zeit Anita.

Gut und sauber, für Kurzaufenthalt ohne große Küchennutzung geeignet.

Anita ist eine außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Der Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und das neue Bad sehr komfortabel. Wir erhielten am ersten Morgen ein traditionelles albanisches Frühstück als welcome.

Leider war die Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche, nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Vieles hat gefehlt, vieles war defekt. Schade, als Selbstversorger unzureichend. Die Infos auf Booking.com waren teils nicht korrekt (kein separates WC, der Balkon zu klein, um draußen zu essen, "Bademantel"- ?? und der "Meerblick": etwas Wasser an Bauruinen vorbei).

Il soggiorno migliore della mia vita

Appartamento pulitissimo, il più pulito mai visto in vita mia, dotato di tutte le cose per cucinare e per la cura della persona. Anita é l'ospite migliore che abbia mai incontrato! Per ben 3 volte ci ha portato la colazione gratis in appartamento e ci ha dato una mano inizialmente con un problema alla macchina. Consiglierò questo posto a tutti perché persone così meritano di lavorare sempre!!!
