Herdade da Urgueira

L endroit est très calme, la chambre propre et de bonne taille. La piscine est grande avec beaucoup de transats. Petit déjeuner correct ( pas de pains frais ) . Le restaurant dans l Herdade est très bon avec des tarifs très corrects.

L enregistrement etait long comme s il ne trouvait pas notre réservation alors qu’il y avait pas beaucoup de personnes. Wifi de qualité moyenne

Tive uma estadia bastante agradável neste alojamento. O restaurante merece destaque pela excelente carta, com opções variadas e de qualidade, e pela garrafeira muito bem selecionada. O staff foi sempre muito diligente, simpático e disponível, contribuindo para uma experiência acolhedora e confortável. O pequeno-almoço é bom, mas considero que ainda pode melhorar um pouco em termos de variedade e reposição de alguns produtos. No geral, foi uma experiência muito positiva e recomendo este alojamento pela qualidade do serviço, da restauração e pelo profissionalismo da equipa. Voltaríamos com gosto.

Breakfast was just as I wanted it, served by a lovely lady who was informative about the area. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable and the location peaceful and beautiful. When I left my own special pillow behind upon departure she made the effort to call me, so I could come and collect it. Thank you! That lady is a credit to the establishment!

The restaurant operates as a separate entity which I did not know. First night the hotelier booked me a table but on the Second night the restaurant was closed so a journey to Castello Branco was needed so I could eat something which meant a long and unplanned trip out. Third night, the restaurant was open again....

Staff members were so excellent and so helpful

Maybe have ironing board and iron in the room?
