Would highly recommend this apartment, if you are planning to fly from Fiumicino Rome airport to ? or alternatively if you are looking for an apartment overlooking the ocean - this is the place to stay! The hosts are friendly, easy to communicate with and meet with you to discuss aspects of the apartment on arrival, the view from the apartment overlooking the ocean is stunning with restaurants, shops, all that you require within a short walking distance. Exceptionally clean and bed extremely comfortable.

Exceptional

The apartment is large and elegant, equipped with everything you need, and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The area is quite quiet as well as the beach. Many shops and restaurants nearby, pharmacy, bus station, very easy to get to Rome or the airport if you don't have a car. Josee and Stefano(the owners) very kind and friendly, they waited for us at the apartment, handed us the keys, and gave us a lot of useful information, they also drove us to the train station when we left.

Superb

Very comfortable apartment, airy and spacious. It has an exotic style and beautiful decor with plenty of books in different languages. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony and we especially loved the large shower. Beautiful and comfortable furniture. The owners were very available and helped with any requests. The location is perfect for walking on the 'lungomare' or just pop to the beach and have a swim. Just behind the corner there's a local shop with a great selection of Italian delicatessen.

The apartment needs a bit of refurbishment like the beautiful leather sofa or the bed which are getting old and they are loosing bits. The street can be a bit noisy in the night. I reckon there was a dog before our staying as there were some animal hair on the floor.

The owner's of the apartment are very friendly and have help make our holiday the best experience it can be. The location is excellent. Beach, shops, restaurants & regular cheap public transport that runs from early in the morning till late at at night. Very easy to get to Rome & then come back and relax by the sea.

The only way this apartment could be improved, is if it came with bikes. We can't think of anything else.

Amazing views... perfect location... tons of suggestions from owners Stefano and Joycèe ... great shower overly large rooms.... a really nice building with helpful neighbors( Piero )... huge parking at the back... amazing bar and Farmacia, gas station, and market/ Baker/ cold wine shop within 10 nanoseconds behind property...second visit... in front a really good beach club... and for non Europeans .... that means showers, change rooms, restaurant, sun beds, umbrellas, and “ SERVICE”!!! But the really cool thing is the high end decor and massive ceilings with that killer view...Beautiful VERSACE Interior..,

Change sofas.... Versace and peeling Vinyl do not mix, covered my back with white specks !, nor do Sofa Covers over these defects work with Versace! something in kitchen to cook with other than pots and pans!... Olive Oil?... Salt?...Pepper?... all else in good supply...Dishwasher Tabs, Dish Soap, soap in bathrooms. paper towels and Washing Machine Detergent or at least one or two tabs... To purposely list Air Conditioning as part of the experience, and not have the remote control for the living room( although I rent in Italy and realize idiots will leave on entire time they are on the beach and run up a 30 euro bill) available is misleading... advertise Bedroom has AC, and leave at that... Main Room was too hot most of the day...place advertised as Air Conditioned, and it was not( 66%)...

Leider ein Desaster

Der Blick auf das Meer ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben äußerst beeindruckend und malerisch. Habe gerne auf dem Balkon gesessen und dort die Sonnenuntergänge genossen.

Als ich bei der Unterkunft ankam, war ich erst mal über die alte und kaputte Fassade des Hauses und den Dreck auf der Straße sehr irritiert. Dann die Ehefrau des Anbieters nicht zu erreichen. Wie sich dann später herausstellte, stimmte die Nummer nicht und ich musste circa 1 Stunde warten, bis ich in die Wohnung durfte. Ich konnte von Glück sagen, dass mich mein Stiefvater nach Ostia begleitet hat, weil die Wohnung ziemlich außerhalb liegt und man nicht einfach hin und her laufen kann. Die Unterkunft ist keine eigene Wohnung, sondern ein Teil der Wohnung der Inhaber, die mit einer Flügeltür verbunden ist. Leider hört man sämtliche Geräusche, bis hin zu Streitgesprächen. Das muss man wissen, wenn man die Wohnung mietet. In der Zeit (26.7-01.8) befanden sich Bauarbeiten an der Fassade und das war leider auch nicht zu überhören. Darüber hinaus sind die Möbel in der ganzen Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen, überall sind Risse an den Wänden und ich finde das für den Preis die Wohnung gepflegt hätte sein müssen… auch in der Küche war das Geschirr staubig und die Waschmaschine verschimmelt. Im Bad wackelt die ein oder andere Armatur.

Fin och charmig lägenhet. Fin utsikt från balkong. Värden var trevlig, och hjälpsam.

Obekväm säng som nog sett sina bästa dagar. Obekväma kuddar. Ibland störande trafik och fest på stranden utanför. Ostädad balkong . När vi kom fanns ingen wifi. Värden löste det några dagar senare. Wifi skall bara fungera. Ingen engelsk nyhetskanal. Bara italienska.
