The location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The booking process was not clear . I tried to amend my booking immediately after booking and it was not possible without losing the full amount I paid without any refund. It was impossible to contact anyone on line to amend the booking. It took almost a month to reply to my email request of amending the booking and in any case the booking was not amendable and I would have lost all what I paid. Also it was not clear on the booking site that the room did not have a kitchen.

Firstly the location is amazing, with outstanding views from the window and walking distance to the town centre. The hotel is a little bit old fashioned but it adds a charm to it. We loved the spacious outdoor swimming pool, great for our stay in August. The buffet style dinner was a nice surprise, very affordable price and delicious. Even though there was no Aircon in the room the temperature of the building was just on point.

Good solution for small budgets

Good location, free shuttle service during the high season. Big apartment, perfect for a group. Balcony and great views. Good value for money, if you compare with other accommodation in the area.

Old building and rooms, could use some renovation. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

La gentillesse de la personne à l accueil. La vue exceptionnelle des chambres (avec balcon). La grandeur de la chambre + mise à disposition d une petite table (très pratique pour grignoter) Les très grandes salles communes: bar/bibliothèque/ salle de jeux etc....

Manque d équipement dans les chambres : pas de pdts de toilette (shampoing), pas de sèche cheveux, manque de lumière. Oreillers très abîmés et inconfortables.

Надо убирать за собой мусор и вынести его. Так же надо самому снимать белье со всех постелей после выезда. Тот номер в котором я была тянет только на 2 *. В номере не было телевизора. Не было мыла. Только был душ гель и два одноразовых стаканчика.

La vicinanza alle piste, la vicinanza a Megeve, il personale era simpatico e socievole, prezzi del bar buoni

Ristorante alla carta caro e Avrei preferito una doppia scelta nel menù o menù a buffet e non dover ogni volta chiedere una variante, abbiamo usufruito della colazione una sola volta in quanto era pessima, poca scelta, pane raffermo, dolce della casa duro, la spremuta bisognava farla a mano, la macchina del caffè cacciava in pratica solo acqua sporca, stessa cosa per la colazione salata, questo ci ha portato a mangiare spesso fuori. La pulizia delle stanze è da rivedere ma niente di irreparabile

struttura carina, camere dipende da quale si viene assegnata perché si potrebbe finire in uno scantinato. cibo della col

la struttura era ben posizionata con anche parcheggio esterno molto comodo. le stanze al secondo piano erano ottime. molte sale comuni con diversi giochi. il personale è stato veramente impeccabile e gentilissimo

la stanza invece che ci è stata data al piano terra era invivibile, già troppo piccola quasi per due persone, a noi è stata addirittura assegnata per quattro. sembrava un vecchio magazzino rifatto a camera. la colazione pagata a parte ben 12€ al giorno a persona non vale assolutamente la pena. innanzitutto in una località sciistica non è possibile che la colazione apra alle 7:30, poi era completamente diversa dalle foto presenti online. era presente solamente pane, crema al cioccolato, yogurt e qualche cereale. per quanto riguarda il salato solo un piatto con fette di formaggio e un piatto con fette di prosciutto. tutto di pessima qualità e sicuramente riciclato dai giorni precedenti. per fortuna ci è stata data la possibilità di riavere i soldi per la colazione pagata dei giorni successivi. non era presente neanche un tostapane

Beaucoup de travaux à prévoir. Et le fet de mettre les familles dans des étages -1 sans ascenseur n’est pas top . Une grande rénovation du matériel et des jeux seraient top.

dans son jus à besoin d un gros coup de rafraîchissement , mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs chambre petite pas de télé , même pas une bouilloire , cabine de douche pas pratique dutout pour rentrer dedans .

Passable, tout dépend de ce que l'on attend

La disponibilité, la gentillesse et la réactivité d'Estelle, la réceptionniste.

Je pensais avoir réservé une chambre d'hôtel et cela s'apparentait davantage à un dortoir d'un camp de vacances, donc la déception fut réelle. Avoir choisi l'établissement pour permettre une arrivée tardive, puis finalement devoir réaliser celle-ci de manière autonome car il n'y a plus de réceptionniste passé 22h. Les équipements des chambres relèvent du strict minimum. Chambre en rdc couloir, insonorisation catastrophique (bruits dès 6:30 et jusqu'à 22:30, portes qui claquent constamment). Pas d'endroit sécurisé pour matériel de ski. Literie dans un état d'usure avancé. Nécessité de vider les poubelles, enlever le linge de lit, encore jamais vu dans le cadre d'un hôtel, puis préciser une fois que c'est fait que les clients Booking en sont exemptés... Malgré la gentillesse de la réceptionniste, la déception est réelle.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour ! Je recommande les Essertets pour y passer de bons moments .

L’emplacement, le personnel, l’établissement était très bien. Il y a des plus comme les jeux, le bar qui propose des activités (concert, karaoké…), la piscine qui est dans un endroit calme et cachée de la vue.
