Oblique can try to team up with food chain to provide breakfast. This need guest to order 1 day in advance. Oblique will not have to invest food outlet for the time being.
- The main door lockset was poor need to improve. Suggest change all door thickness to 50mm and with bottom door drop seal.
- Toilet flexible water pipe rusty, suggest change to good quality stainless steel.
- Room floor tile change to bigger tile , example 600x600 or 900x900mm in matt finished. Keep it simple.
- The lighting colour suggest change to cool white 3000K instead of pure white.
- Shower hose was a bit too short.
- Wall and RC beam surface need to skim coat flat and smooth.
- Concealed all electrical wire inside conduit.
- Room need to install sprinkler and smoke detector.
- Fire Alarm system to be install for safety reason.

It was on the bottom floor.
Not enough outlets and the ones they have qre too far up the wall to use the hot water kettle. Oy 1 phone per room can use the WiFi.
