La ubicaciòn òptima. Muy buena vista al puerto y al mar. El departamento muy limpio, tiene los mueble necesarios, muy còmodo para circular dentro del mismo. La cochera muy accesible dentro del edificio. El personal de recepciòn excelente.
Un horno convencional hubiese sido màs propicio. Una heladera màs grande serìa mejor.
