房間的整體設施都很乾淨、整潔、實用。

房間寬敞、舒適，插座很多，冰箱容量很夠，設備齊全，感覺得出來在設計規劃時就相當用心。我們住的房型有兩個陽台，而且窗戶是厚實的氣密窗，完全聽不到馬路上的噪音。
廁所雖然乾淨，但不知為何有個像是嘔吐物的臭味。對室內梯的隔音比較差，有人在樓梯間講話的話在房間裡也聽得到。
