The apartment is directly by the sea, you literally step out of the kitchen on the peer. It is not the nicest beach on the island, but the water is nice and the sea is calm, the kids were able to play and swim safely.
Also, the city of Korcula is 5 minutes away by car, ask the host about the free parking option in town. This means you are 5 minutes away from the ferry, supermarkets, drug store,... on the other hand it is a calm bay, very quiet, at night you can seat on the peer with a glass of wine, hearing nothing but fish jumping out of the water and quiet music from LaBagna beach.
The apartment is clean and comfortable, there are plenty of storage options. You can use the grill in the yard.
For day trips and island exploring you are again just 5 minutes of the main island road.
The check-in was at 4pm which is quite late.
There is AC, but it's in the living room and with the layout of the apartment it is impossible to cool off the bedroom with it. It wasn't really an issue as the house is directly by the sea and the evening breeze was nice with the windows open, but you do need to bring or buy the musqito plug-in repllents.

Location, everything u need is in radius of few km. Very tidy and clean apartment.
The first thing is that the number u call is from the husband, but the main boss is the lady, so it is a bit confusing. She checked the apartment literally every day.AC must be paid 50 cents per hour, so just add 5 euros per day to the price. The barbecue is there only to be there. Parking is sometimes occupied.

Great apartments with beautiful view from terrace over the bay. Great hosts. We forgot bottles of Grk wine (which we highly recommend as it is specific for just Lumbarda part of Korcula) and the hosts send those bottles by bus to us.
