The host (who also lives there on the ground floor of the house) is adorably kind and lovely, she welcomed us with freshly picked fruits from the garden, and once surprised with home-made pastry for breakfast. The air conditioning worked well, the dining "room"/table was a bit narrow but cosy. The balcony truly has a sea view, and the sea is 4 minutes walk far just across the street. Besides the strong wind (Bora), the place is very calm and peaceful). I recommend it!
The location of the appartment is in Cesarica (small village near Karlobag) and a bit unlucky because of the wind Bora, which causes strong draught (it didn't disturb us, but be aware of it, if you are sensitive to it during nighttime).

This appartment was very equipped, and it was at very good place. From the appartment was three ways to different beach. Each are good place. From the balcon there was wiev to the see. It is very good. The owners were nice...all the family. I recommend this appartment to everybody.

This appartment is very good located: near the coast road to karlobag, 5min by walk to the sea, and a beautiful view!
It has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant holiday and is very clean. But the strongest point is the warm welcome of its guests. We really felt like family! We strongly recommend it!
