House was clean, as advertised, and property managers were very responsive when the batteries to the door keypad died. They had it fixed in hours!

We slept great. Very little neighbor noise. This is #1 for us. We go hard all day on our vacations and we need to be able to sleep well. The beds are quite soft if you like that. Internet was good. Coffee pot takes cone filters, so be sure to get the right ones as they are not supplied. Overall the townhouse is just OK. It really needs a paint job inside. The furniture and kitchen needs serious attention. It's a well used rental and it shows. The upstairs master bed frame is in bad shape - very loose and squeeky. There was a tear and stains in the sofa. Bar stools are the too tall for the counter and basically unusable. The kitchen is poorly stocked. There were no measuring cups. The fry pans are terrible, warped and scratched badly. The pool was nice, but note that it does take a couple days for the pool heat (cost extra) to actually warm the pool up. Kids don't care much, but we the parents used it more after it warmed up. Overall it was fine and our complaints are relatively minor. It was the last place available in the neighborhood when we booked for Christmas week.
