This newly renovated 3BR/2BA condo is located at Parkview Bay Condominium, just minutes from the Grand Glaze Bridge. The condo lays just across from miles of state park, which gives a private feel when you step out onto the spacious deck. You will love the tasteful decor throughout the condo, the new furnishings throughout most rooms, and the wonderful outdoor seating area while you grill dinner on the new gas grill, or just kick back and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped for any chef's stay. Bring along your laptop or other electronic devices and enjoy complimentary High-Speed WI-FI. The master bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite full bath. The second guest room also has a King size bed, while the third guest room has a full over full bunk bed with a roll away twin trundle All bedrooms have a TV with full cable access. This was a beautiful condo! Very well taken care of and literally everything you need. Best views on the lake! So nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely come back to this location.

Central location with easy access to all that’s lake life. Wonderful place to relax with family and friends. Updated unit with all the amenities. Wonderful view of the national park off the back porch. For additional fee, we were able to rent a covered boat slip just below the apartment.Few items to consider for this complex: 1.) There is no elevator, so climbing a flight of stairs to the unit or down a few to get to the boat dock could be a struggle. Fortunately, it wasn’t an issue for us. 2.) Unit only comes with one parking pass so it was a challenge finding short term parking the week of July 4th when friends/family visited.Great communication with the property agent. Check in/out policy was extremely simply. Highly recommend both the unit and agency.
