Lokalizacja korzystna, blisko stacji metra, mieszkanie czyste.
Zarezerwowalam pokoj opisany jako lozko dwuosobowe + lozko jednoosobowe dla 2 osob. Na miejscu okazalo sie ze pokoik jest malusienki a lozka polaczone w jedno. Wlascicielka nie chciala przyjac naszej reklamacji, bo twierdzila ze takie informacje musimy zaznaczac oddzielnie. Niebardzo rozumiem gdzie, skoro bookuje konkretny pokoj z konkretnym opisem lozek. Pani nie byla przyjemna przez telefon i niechetna problem rozwiazac. To ja zaproponowalam ze moze maja dodatkowe przescieradla to te lozka rozdzielimy. Okazalo sie nagle ze jest taka mozliwosc bo obok w pokoju (?) spal jakis pan ktory przyszedl i przyniosl te przescieradla. Wiec my same musialysmy lozka rozdzielic, przesunac i poscielic sobie... To jest 1 mieszkanie, w ktorym pani wynajmuje pare pokoi ze wspolnym salonem. Nasz pokoik byl malutki - ledwie moglysmy przejsc obok lozek z mikroprysznicem gdzie jedna osoba musi wyjsc zeby druga mogla sie przemiescic... wiec dla dwoch doroslych osob bardzo malo miejsca. Sniadanie to 1 croissant na osobe oraz dzem. Moja kolezanka byla bezglutenowa i niestety nie bylo zadnej innej opcji. Check out jest o 10tej, a wlascicielka zgodzila sie na check out o 11 na nasza prosbe. Ale jakiez bylo nasze zdziwienie kiedy zaraz po 10tej pani sprzatajaca (ta sama ktora serwowala sniadanie) kazala nam opusicic pokoj. Nie mowila ani slowa po angielsku i nie rozumiala nic poza wloskim i ponaglala nas kilka razy agresywnie abysmy opuscily pokoj pomimo tego ze mialysmy zgode wlascicielki na wyjscie o 11. Totalny brak komunikacji miedzy paniami. Pakowalysmy sie w pospiechu i zostawilam w gniazdku ladowarke do telefonu. Niestety mimo ze od razu napisalam do wlascicielki - okazuje sie ze zginela i tyle:(
