We enjoyed our stay ay Southwind . Clean. Beds were comfy. Recliners in couch made tv watching comfy. Pool area clean. Great location.. perfect beach walking .. hosts very accommodating... many good restaurants in area. Thank you for sharing your condo. Julie & Tim

Unit was exactly as described, clean, very comfortable. I did have an issue where something broke (things break, no big deal), and even on a Saturday afternoon they had someone up to fix it within an hour or two. I would happily book this place again

Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I stayed here in January and the location was wonderful and you could not ask for a better view. I was surprised there was not a blow dryer, so we had to go out and purchase one. I have to be back in April and would have planned on staying here again, HOWEVER, in the 3 days we were there the fire alarm went off 2 times and we were forced to evacuate the building-- once at 3:00 AM!! A security person I spoke to said this was the 3rd time in 2 weeks. The second time we had to evacuate was at 9:00 in the morning. You had to sit in parking lot until the fire department came and approved everything to go back in. There is no way to have stayed inside-- sirens were blasting extremely loudly inside your room (which is a good thing if there was an actual fire).
