About this bed and breakfast
Another one of Island Rum Suites Collection! Super sweet is this little suite! It's clean, beachy, walking distance to Indian Rocks Beach, local shopping, restaurants, nature parks, trails, marina, fishing and even a water park!
Guest will park in the marked parking area and follow the shell walkway to "The Sweet" There is plenty of lighting if you should arrive late. The lights are motion sensor and solar.
This unit sleeps 2 comfortably on a King Size bed.
It has a stall shower, high rise toilet and a vanity with plenty of lighting. All bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and clean fresh linens are included.
The well stocked kitchen for cooking and dining, medium size refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, a 2 burner stovetop and cookware.
There is free WiFi....BLAZING fast Spectrum internet and a TV with access to all the streaming services. Some are free or you can login to your own Netflix, Hulu HOBGO, etc.
Outdoor patio with a charcoal grill for grilling and sunbathing as well as a fire pit. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and beach wagon are provided.
We start you out with some coffee and creamers, and also Guest receives a gift certificate to PJ's Oyster Bar with every stay!
Entry is a keyless touch pad to make it easy for you and we change the code for each guest for safety and security.
If you have any questions or concerns any time before or during your stay, please call or text Lynne, we live very close by and can resolve most issues immediately!
We also are known for being clean freaks! We do wash all bedding, quilts, pillow shams and blankets between guests, most vacation rentals do not, so you can rest easy knowing this!

The place was spotless and so cute! It was very well equipped, right down to a spare toothbrush, thank God! Shops and food are a short drive or walk away! Ms. Lynn was very easy to get ahold of with a quick text, and really thought of everything! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was perfect for my husband and I. Such a cute comfortable place. Great location to restaurants, beach, grocery stores and a lot more. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!
