A stone’s throw from the beach, so a really perfect location, although a bit hard to find when I first arrived. It’s a really quiet little area, and Google Maps couldn’t find the place. But once I found it, I was delighted with the location (the attached photo was the view from my balcony). The staff were incredibly helpful. We needed to head off very early in the morning when we checked out, and they kindly made us a packed breakfast that we could eat on our journey. Otherwise the breakfasts in the property were very nice, and it being a guest house rather than a hotel, the breakfast was made for us personally, rather than just sitting in a buffet type arrangement. We had an incident with a door slamming terribly hard so that it caused damage to the doorframe (it was incredibly windy when we stayed, and we had windows open that caused a big through draft). They kindly fixed the door frame with no fuss. In general they were very amenable and customer-focussed.

The only down side was there was no kettle in the room, so we had to go down to the shared kitchen to make tea.

La présence de travaux à l’hôtel et à la maison à coté peut être dérangeante. L'accueil par le personnel avant l'arrivée de la gérante est très réservé. Peu d’échange en anglais et pas d'initiative pour situer la chambre à occuper. Heureusement la responsable a su nous proposer une chambre.

Bylo nám oznámeno že pokoj je zabraný - ale vše se hned řešilo a úspěšně. Snad jen že jsme měli cenově levnější pokoj místo námi dražšího a nebyla poskytnuta sleva. Nicméně výhled z terasy famózní

Lovely views out to the sea, very peaceful and quiet. Short drive to Poti. Friendly & helpful man and woman running the place.

The bathroom in our room was in need of an update (room 7, family room with seaview). The toilet didn't flush and the toilet lid was no longer attached - the man at the hotel fixed the flush issue when we arrived but it stopped flushing again by the time we left.The bathroom smelled mouldy and there were spots of mildew on the shower curtain as well as on the tiles where the grout had gone black. Some of our bedding also smelled musty - the pillows didn't smell clean. The road to get to the hotel is a bumpy dirt track (not on Google maps, but you'll see it on satellite mode), be careful if you have a lower car as it could get damaged.
