Newly built luxury beach house on the best stretch of Itamaracá Island, internet / wifi, 5 suites + maid's dependence complete with 3 beds, TV room, dining room, TV room, pool with support (wc, barbecue, cooktop, gourmet balcony, brewery and nightclub), soccer field, screened and lawn, 2 kayaks, parking for 7 cars, full kitchen with pantry.
Suite 1 on the ground floor - 2 single beds with bunk beds (total 4 beds)
Suite 2 on the ground floor - 2 single beds with bunk beds (total 4 beds)
Suite 3 on the 1st floor with balcony - 2 treliches (total 6 beds)
Suite 4 on the 1st floor - 2 single beds with bunk beds (total 4 beds)
Master suite with balcony - 1 large double bed (2mts x 2mts)
Security: presence / sound alarms, CCTV and motorized safety rounds;
Note:
1) A security deposit will be charged in the amount of R $ 1. 000.00, to be deposited until 24 hours before the entrance to the house;
2) Energy consumption must be paid separately, energy meter will be checked at the entrance and exit. (The amount corresponding to the energy consumption may be deducted from the deposit);
3) Not included bed linen and bath;
4) Domestic maintenance and cleaning of the external area (lives on the property);

A casa dispõe de tudo o que o hóspede pode precisar para se divertir com amigos e familiares. Excelente espaço para churrasco com som em ambiente bem apresentável. O proprietário e o caseiro são bastante solícitos.

A casa é excelente, muito bonita e bem montada, superou nossas expectativas.
Melhor localização de Itamaracá, local reservado e com um mar perfeito na frente. Outro ponto forte é a segurança que é feita por uma empresa terceirizada, que sempre estava fazendo a ronda.
