Positives:
- Responsive management team; I informed them that there were only 3 (all different) wine glasses. A set of 4 was delivered.
Negatives:
- Strict rules; If you do not leave by the time set for departure, a fine of 250E per hour may be charged.
- Ageing building
- Odd smell in internal stairwell area
- Cluttered unit living area with lots of mismatching furniture pieces
- Dirty loose-lay carpets with animal hairs! (stuck to socks and other items)
- Front door mat curling with age
- Lots of mold in bath-shower
- Dirty kitchen tiles near base
- Damaged furniture
- Broken shower wand rod connection at base
- Broken under-sink garbage bin connector
Note: I informed management of a few of the items above, stating that it should not be necessary for paying guests to tell them what is wrong. They should inspect and remedy beforehand.
