There was nothing to not like.

A great base to explore Tuscany from! Lovely grounds and a swimming pool which was an added bonus, was lovely to relax here with a book for a couple of hours each day.
The breakfast was yummy, with fresh eggs made to order and different treats each day.
The room could do with a little modernisation, just the bathroom really.

The property is beautiful, pool great and breakfast was very good.
No aircon
The fridge and kettle are shared with the other residents staying there, we did not like that at all and they need to make that clear on booking
Woken up two nights in the middle of the night to people above walking around, very very noisy and can hear everything it’s a very very old building
Shower was so so small, smallest we have ever seen in Italy and kept overflowing
Don’t recommend the wine tasting and tour it was €40 per person for a very unenthusiastic “tour” and overpriced, should be free or much cheaper for guests
