Wonderful summer holiday in Croatia

Great location with free parking. Our balcony is facing directly Pješčana Uvala Beach and it took just 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Very convenient and great view from the balcony. It is also close to a good restaurant.

Great location, nice host but the lack of cleanness & overall experience wasn't that great.

The host was very nice, responsive and helpful with everything. I loved the location as it was very close to the beach and main interest points. The room was more spacious than I expected and the AC worked great. I loved that we had the chance to stay at the property on the sun beds if we didn't want to go to the beach to tan. The fact that we had the parking spot reserved was also a big plus as we had fast access to our car all the time.

The room didn't seem very clean when we got there (spiders & spider webs on the walls, the kitchen supplies were messy etc). The windows didn't have a window screen for bugs so every time we left the window open, our room would fill with mosquitos. We also had problems with the front door as it was pretty hard to lock sometimes. The furniture seemed pretty old. Another annoying thing was that the walls are very thin and we could hear everything from the room above us and at night it would be very unpleasant especially if there are kids running & jumping upstairs (if this is something that bothers you). Also, if you need to work from home (like I did), watch out because the internet isn't the greatest and it can crash sometimes (if this is your case, I recommend getting a backup plan if you need to work from there).

Located at the seaside with awsome balcony

Awsome balcony. Perfect location. Friendliness. Parking spot. Clean.

Place is old, and ready for an upgrade. But, you easily get over it since it has an awesome location and even better terace with perfect view. Wi-Fi coverage should be better.

Vyhovující ubytování s velmi dobrým přístupem na pláž.

S majitelem byla velmi dobrá komunikace, odpovídal rychle na dotazy i před ubytováním, Platbu chce hotově, až na místě v EUR. Apartmán měl úžasné umístění, z balkónu byl pěkný výhled na záliv. Na mapě je sice uváděn v ulici nad pobřežní promenádou, ale ve skutečnosti je z přízemí domu průchod přímo k moři, stačí ujít pár kroků a jste u vody - největší plus tohoto apartmánu. Parkování je z ulice nad apartmánem, u domu. Zařízení je starším nábytkem, (s výjimkou postelí a sporáku), velká televize (kterou jsme ani nezapnuli), velká lednice i s mražákem, fungující klimatizace v obýváku. Pohodlné křesílka na terase i se sušákem na prádlo. Žádný luxus, ale na slušné ubytování to stačilo. Kuchyně je vybavena odpovídajícím způsobem pro 4 lidi, včetně věcí na vaření a mikrovlny, rychlovarné konvice. Kávovar je překapávací, takže mletou kávu s sebou, filtry tam jsou. Hned vedle průchodu je velmi dobrá restaurace (skvělá pizza) a bankomat. Vpravo 100 m od průchodu je velká oblázková pláž v zálivu Pješčana Uvala, za pláží jsou i terásky, kde se dá sedět nebo ležet. Půjčovna sportovních potřeb je o kousek dál. Pokud se dáte od průchodu 150 m doleva, dojdete k druhé malé pláži, na okraji zálivu - oblázky a na části pláže je hrubozrnný písek. Dost lidí jde ještě o kousek dál, kde se dá ležet na plošinkách mezi kameny, vstup do vody je po nainstalovaných žebříkách. Od velké pláže k malé vede pohodlná promenáda, která pokračuje užší zvlněnou vydlážděnou stezkou dál ze zálivu. Přestože se jedná o umístění v zálivu, kousek od přístavu, tak voda byla čirá a bylo krásně vidět na dno, dokonce i malé rybky (po bouřce se bohužel na velké pláži změnilo).

Co mi velmi chybělo byl nějaký prostředek na umývání nádobí (naštěstí jsem si pro jistotu trochu vzala z domu). A hlavně něco něco na umývání země. Kachle na zemi byly totiž mastné, což bylo docela nepříjemné. Utěrky na nádobí tam byly 2 malé. Součástí malé koupelny bylo i WC. Tady bylo nejvíc vidět stáří apartmánu, zasloužilo by si to trochu renovaci. Byl cítit odpad, takže jsme měli zapnuté odvětrávání celou dobu.

Uns und dem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen

Super Lage, toller Ausblick aufs Meer. Hund willkommen, Strand zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Fußweg leicht zu finden, mit dem Auto etwas kompliziert. Supermarkt auch nicht weit weg. Essen in der nahen Umgebung sehr gut und günstig.

Baustelle in Hörweite mit sehr lautem Klopfgeräusch, zum Glück wurde nicht jeden Tag gearbeitet.

A kilátás csodálatos volt. Az öbölre nézett a terasz. Tökéletes naplemente néző hely. A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, születésnapot ünnepeltünk és gyertyát meg díszítést is tudott kölcsönadni. Parkolás a ház előtt megoldott. A strand 2 perc séta. Étterem 1 perc séta.
