Everything was perfect! The owner is so nice and helpful. Downstairs about 20 meters is small market with fresh chachapuri and vegetables. The apartment is very close to the sea (200m). The apartment is excactly like on the photos. Everything is clean and without problems. Rooms have air conditioner and tv with a lot of programms (but I prefer to active spend time so I don't watch a lot tv). I recommend this apartment for all kind of people - active tourist who like to travel and a lot of sightseeing and of course to people who prefer some rest.
