We had a great stay, with perfect weather! The only thing that could have made our stay more perfect was if the pool heat had been on when we arrived… we paid for heat for all six nights and the pool was freezing on our arrival. They did get it on, however it took three days to warm up. Villadirect did refund two days worth. Would highly recommend heating the pool if you are going in February and plan to use it!

We arrived at Champions gate around 6:15pm we did not make it to the house do to sitting inline for two hours to check in.
The house was nice however the upon arrival the ac was not working in the gaming area. We contacted maintainance they came and was not able to fix it. This was unfortunate because it was one of the main reasons that we selected the property. This major issue for us put a limit on Our kids activities. You know kids get bored fast🤦🏽♀️
