Location great.Went out for breakfast.

We didn’t spend much time there as we were there for private reasons.

The location was incredible and very relaxing. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Top location right on the river front. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy. I had my 82 year old mother stay with me and it was a lovely relaxing location for us on the deck and to sit by the river front. The stay wasn't long enough. We will be back.

Met by friendly , welcoming , accommodating staff . Beds were very comfortable. Clean spacious cabins . Easy to access entry with gorgeous surrounds .

Unfortunately most places don't seem to spend the extra dollars to have a comfy , easy to maintain ( clean) lounge. Would love to stay in cabins that had leather recliners . Also only mirror is in bathroom ( could do with an extra mirror for dressing) . Not huge issues obviously but something that would make the stay PERFECT !

Stunning location. Grounds we're beautifully presented. Grounds & cleaning staff were engaged & courteous.

Curtains closed but windows open on arrival. Wierd choice considering you needed the a/c running? Areas in the cabin with very heavy dust & dirt, like the top of the cupboard next to the queen bed - which sits just above eye. Scheduled power outage at night. Only notified about it around 10am the s ay of checking in. We were relocating from NSW to WA & had food items that needed the fridge We were very disappointed not to be called, notified & given the opportunity for a refund so we could relocate. It came across like cabin revenue was more important than the value of client experience. Very disappointed with booking.com & the venue for not offering a refund.
