Апартаменты были большие и чистые, все выглядит новым, кондиционер был в каждой комнате. Удобное расположение.

The helpfulness and kindness of the staff deserve a 10 out of 10! A special big thank you to the lady with glasses at the reception for her quick and flexible help, and also to the cleaning staff, who were incredibly nice and friendly. As soon as we reported our issue, they immediately offered us another apartment. This second place was absolutely perfect: spacious, quiet, and thanks to the shutters, we could completely darken the room. We slept very well there and left maximally satisfied.

Unfortunately, the first apartment we received was not ideal for a family with a small child. There were no blackout curtains or shutters, and the soundproofing wasn't the best either – we could hear everything from downstairs which made it very difficult for us to sleep.

First of all, I didn’t get any message about the check in....better places send sms or mail about how to find the property, the key, etc. When we arrived, there’s no one and no any information, I needed to call them... I really can’t understand how come, in 2021 no staff with speaking English who works in hotels and hospitality. Just so annoying if I’m asking something them they say yes-yes for everything and has no idea what I’m talking about... Anyway, we didn’t get that apartment what I booked and paid for, for one night we needed to take up all our foods and baggages to the third floor on stairs, of course no one asked if I need any hand maybe, people watched me how I’m packing and sweating on the stairs... There was no fridge, only a tiny cooler!! In the kitchen there was nothing what I could use to make a normal dinner and breakfast!! About the cleanness in COVID?? Even the basic hygiene was missing... when I tried to have a shower, there was no hot water if somewhere else also running the water in an other room...the only thing why we didn’t leave, because after sleep one night, fortunately we left, the only positive was the view to the sea, that’s all... However they said as a complimentary we can use the front house’s pool if we want, still sad about the service and the whole accommodation...
