Excellent location; friendly staff; decent breakfast; large comfortable rooms and good sized bathroom
On checkout day I had a late flight but there’s no toilet on ground floor, you either had to pay to use the mall toilet or go up to fourth floor which meant waiting for the lift which could take a while; no cotton pads in amenities provided

Great location.
Not enough lifts for a hotel of its size. Took the stairs when I could but stairway was cluttered - not ideal for emergency exit situations.
