Perfect!

The hostel is at the opposite side of the island if you come from Stari Grad, but it was perfect for us because it allowed us to see the whole lenght of the island. Everything is perfect, and the view absolutly crazy, with the balcony on the sea side with moutains, it was amazing. It's very comfortable inside also, practical and the hosts are very welcoming too. I recommend 100%.

A perfect stay – clean apartment, friendly host, and an excellent location just steps from the sea.

The stay in the apartment was very pleasant. Everything was exactly as described in the offer, the interior was spotless and well-kept. The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The biggest advantage is the location – the sea is just across the street from the building, and the beach is less than 300 meters away. Highly recommended!

We had a good time here

It is perfect for family holiday. We can just cross the road and jump into the water. The beach is also very near. It’s is not very touristic. It is a very calm and beautiful water place. I would love to come back too. The host is very nice and helpful.

Beautiful but a bit secluded stay in Hvar

Family run business, gave us a great welcome, the view from the room’s balcony was incredible, the town was small but lovely, as it was the walk by the sea.

We didn’t notice that the place is in the opposite end of Hvar from where we took the ferry from Split, and the roads can get very narrow and dangerous at times. It’s our mistake for not checking this earlier, we don’t regret staying at Apartments Bartul, every drive was worth it.

The host has been super kind. We were riding motorcycles, and we got there under a heavy rain. He let us put the bikes in his garage. The apartment was nice, clean and well organized. Great price/quality ratio.

Location is perfect, just few minutes walking to centre of Sucuraj ( great restaurants) and to the beach. Clean and spacious apt (no 7) with greath view from the balcony( see and mountain). Owners are friendly and helpful.

great location for a peaceful stay in hvar

we had a nice apartment with a sea view, simply beautiful, with a balcony where we could chill and relax with a fantastic view. literally 200 metres from the port from where arrived and departed from the island. couldn’t be better than this

the town of sucuraj is on the east side of the island so if you want to visit stari grad or hvar, it will be at least one hour and 15 minutes drive from here. on the other side, we were looking for a place to relax, far from bar and nightlife. this is exactly what we needed.

Best sea view; awesome swimming spot.

Sea side with best view; swim directly across. Tiny room but very clean. kitchenette and large balcony. 10 minute walk to centre town and awesome beach 5 minute walk with sand. Great for families. Relaxed and quiet Hvar city.

In front of the sea. Some people can prefer this apartment but we didn’t like it. Because, it is at the edge of the island and Hvar old city approximately 70 km.

Good

The host was very nice and the hand-over of the keys was uncomplicated; on arrival we got a small alcoholic drink to taste on the balcony. The room was small but sufficent, with an integrated kitchen. The balcony was the highlight of the room, equipped with a small table and an amazing view ovver the see.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, very small and way too soft. The apartment is on a street leaading to the ferry; before departure the cars are waiting on the street and it can be quite loud.

Perfect location, but rooms may be in separate houses

The house(s) were in a great place right along the water and within minutes of the ferry. We loved walking along the beach to have a night swim. Sucuraj is small, but this place was in a great location to access everything. The host was very nice and accommodating.

We had to book two rooms since we are a large family (2 adults and 4 kids), but it wasn't in the same house. The houses were down the street from each other, which made it harder for us to relax and for our kids to feel comfortable and safe.

Quiet appartement next to the sea

Nice quiet place, next to the sea (sand in the sea, which is great for Croatia), also close to the ferry, shop and restaurant. Appartement with a nice view and big balcony. I was nicely suprised that appartement was really clean, which is not a custom everywhere. Disinfection has been for free to everyone. Owners have been very nice and helpful. We will gladly come back.
