Lovely stay by the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even had a lovely terrace with a sitting area where we could dry our clothes. The location in the old city center was perfect - beaches, shops, and restaurants were all very close by. The owner, Zlatko, was extremely kind and helpful. After check-out, he even let us leave our luggage in another apartment which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Exceptional stay near the seaside

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at the Villa Neka. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. The common area includes a terrace where we enjoyed our breakfasts and afternoon snacks. The location is very convenient: just on the opposite side of a pedestrian street from a small pebble beach. The area is full of wonderful seaside restaurants and cafes. The host is exceptionally welcoming and kind. He helped us with every question we had and beyond.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful host

Very accommodating and helpful host. The studio was very clean with all the basics needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, in a small passage away from the noise but a 2 minute walk from the town centre.

Amazing

We were there in September, Primošten was still full of people, but the average age was higher so there was a nice atmosphere without some loud parties or drunk young people. We stayed in apartment Comfort with one bedroom. It was on the groundfloor . The main room with the kitchen had just a small window so it can seem quite dark, but it can be actually benefit during hot days. The kitchen was sufficiently equiped. The whole flat is equipped minimalistically, which is an advantage because it seems easier to keep everything clean. The apartment is surrounded by the other apartments, which could be a problem if there would be some loud neighbors, but fortunately, there were not. The owner Zdravko was still available and it seems he would probably solve such kind of problems. Zdravko is a really nice person who thoroughly and carefully manages his apartments. The flat was located in a very small dead-end street and it was 20m to the nearest beach. We really enjoyed our stay. It is actually in a beautiful Primošten center, very close to the port with nice restaurants. I recommend.

Everything was fine. It was a pity that there was no grill, but the grilling would be probably impossible due to the apartment's position.

Amazing place

We fell in love with Primosten long ago and finally stayed a week here. And we highly recommend these great Appartement! We had been five adults and we had enough place. Everything is new, clean and beautiful and the beds were great. The air condition is in the corridor but if you let the doors little open it could reach every room. The owner is very nice and helpful and the communication was very fast and easy. You can reach everything by foot within a few minutes- different beaches, restaurants, bakerys, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and the beautiful little old city. That means you can leave your car at the parking place and just enjoy your holiday. The pebble beaches are beautiful, the sea is cristall clear and good for families too. The appartements are in a quiet area. The free parking place is 10-15 minutes to go, but you can get a free transfer for arrival and departure with a little electric car, what was totally nice!

Could easily reach 10 points, if there were mosquito nets- that is really such a big problem for so many people especially in the night! And metal kitchen helper like spatula and ladle instead of plastic ones would have been great. To make it absolutely perfect the rooms could need at least some little nice decoration like a picture or a shelf on the naked walks. But these are just little things to improve this great Appartements.

A very welcoming host!

Zdravko was an exceptional host, nothing was to much trouble for him and he was constantly checking if we required or needed anything. The property has all you need for a comfortable holiday, it is very clean and adequality furnished. The location is superb, few meters away from a little beach which do not get very busy and steps away from cafes and restaurant. I can highly recommend this property.

Place is close to beaches, shops and center. Big shared terrace. Very nice and kind owner of property. Place is very clean and quiet. I would recommend it to everyone. Wifi is fast.

apartment is close to the beach, which has good access (also for children) to the sea. in close surrounding you can find everything you basically need (ice cream, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, city centre...).

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis, Appartement ist neu renoviert, großes Badezimmer und sehr netter Vermieter, gratis Taxi zum gratis Parkplatz und zum Quartier wurde alles vom Vermieter organisiert.

Die Lage ist ganz ok, alles in der Nähe. Wir wurden von einem Hotel Parkplatz abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gefahren

Wir verstehen die positiven Bewertungen nicht. Das Apartment war nicht besonders sauber und es hat auch nicht frisch gerochen. Lächerlich ist das oberste Apartment Penthouse zu nennen😅das war schon eher eine Zumutung. Gegenüber bot uns der Besitzer noch einen Raum an in dem nur ein Bett und eine Kloschüssel drin stehen. Im allgemeinen fühlte man sich tatsächlich wie in einem Gefängnis. Die Klimaanlage war schmutzig. Ein kleines Fenster schaute zum Meer und aus dem Schlafzimmer schaute man auf eine Hinterhof Baustelle voller Bierkästen. Das Badezimmer roch fürchterlich und die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche klebte. Man hat sich schon etwas geekelt dort. Mir tut es auch leid aber ich bewerte einfach nur ehrlich, so wie es ist. Die Eingangstür ähnelte einer Scheunentür und die "Dachterasse" war so eng dass man dem Sonnenschirm nicht ganz öffnen konnte und der Ausblick waren Steinmauern und Dächer

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in Primošten

Super Lage direkt in der Altstadt an einem kleinen Strand, diverse Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die beiden großen Strände sind ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat jederzeit ein offenes Ohr. Für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern ideal gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kort vei til stranden, spisesteder og torget i gamlebyen.

Beliggenheten i gamlebyen, kort vei til flere strender, rolig selv om det var svært sentralt, god størrelse på rommene, rent og behagelig. Hyggelig vert.

Kanskje opplyse om at hvis man ankommer med bil så må man gå det siste stykket siden biler ikke får kjøre i gamlebyen.

To jeden z najlepszych urlopów w naszym życiu. Miasteczko zachwyca malowniczym położeniem, a zachody słońca oglądane z promenady zapierają dech w piersiach. Plaże są czyste, woda krystaliczna, a lokalne restauracje serwują świeże ryby i owoce morza na najwyższym poziomie. Atmosfera jest spokojna, idealna zarówno dla rodzin z dziećmi, jak i par szukających romantycznych chwil. Zdecydowanie polecam na pewno tu wrócimy. Jeśli chodzi o apartament to: Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Czyste i przyjemne mieszkanie, położone w idealnym miejscu. Bardzo serdeczny gospodarz dba o komfort swoich gości oraz o apartamenty. Mała plaża kilka kroków od mieszkania. Parking wliczony w cenę. Polecamy

Ottimo soggiorno in pieno centro e lungomare

Host molto accogliente e disponibile. Pulizia e dotazioni dell'appartamento, impeccabili. Appartamento nuovo nel pieno centro e in posizione comoda per raggiungere le vicine spiagge. Bellissima terrazzina in cortile interno dove poter rilassarsi seduti al tavolo e stendere i panni. Parcheggio e servizio navetta dal parcheggio riservato, fuori dal centro, per il check in e check out compreso.

Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti, i cuscini del letto piccoli e bassi, stile "ortopedici". Wifi forse condiviso con troppi alloggi, risultava un pochino lento. Peccato per una tettoia in eternit, fronte terrazzina.

Дуже гарне розташування в старому місті. Розташовано поруч закладів і в 2хв від пляжа, але не було ані шуму, ані запахів з ресторанів тощо. Дозволили залишитись довше на 2 години при виселенні. Зручна тераса в тіні, є де повісити речі сохнути. Є кондиціонер та хвіртки щоб закритись від сонця. Був увесь необхідний посуд. Зручне ліжко, багато поличок для речей і шафа.

Хотілось би щоб було хоч 1 прибирання і заміна рушників за 5 ночей( але ми не просили, тому, можливо ситуація може змінитись якшо запитати за це). У душевій постійно розбризкувалась вода бо не дуже зручно обладнана. Все інше було ок
