die Lage der Wohnung ist super, die Wohnung war ideal für uns als Großeltern mit zwei Enkelkindern, viel Platz, gute Ausstattung zentral und doch ruhig gelegen

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Sowohl zum Zentrum, als auch zum Strand. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe durch Tresor. Es war alles sauber und die Betten gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vieles sogar mehrfach. Preis/Leistung stimmt.
Die Wohnung war ausgestattet, wie auf den Fotos angegeben. Sie war für unseren Geschmack mit viel Schnickschnack überdekoriert. Die Nähe zur Nachbarwohnung machte das ganze auch hellhörig. Einige Sachen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Z.B.Wasserkocher und Tisch auf dem Balkon..

Wohnung war super eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer fantastisch.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage zum Strand, zur Stadt und zur E-Ladestation sind optimal. Die 2 Balkone waren bei dem Wetter perfekt. Ebenso die Außenrollos.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße, es ist den ganzen Tag Straßenlärm vorhanden, obwohl Zone 30. Die Möbelierung auf den Balkonen ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, birgt zum Teil Verletzungsgefahr und sieht nicht mehr ansprechend aus.
