A perfect stay in Koufonisia

Sohoro has a number of new rooms arranged on a west facing slope, over looking the sea. Stylish and beautifully appointed, we found our room very comfortable. The family who own the rooms were all super helpful, picked us up and dropped us back to the ferry and gave us suggestions for beaches, tavernas etc.

Not even nitpicking would find anything wrong - it was just wonderful

Great location, great value, outstanding host.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The owner took great care to make sure we had a good time and take care of any details. For example, the TV did not work and he came immediately and replaced the batteries in the remote control. He made every effort to make us feel welcome. The staff cleaned our unit every day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking at renting an apartment in Koufonisi.

Stunning villa

Amazing location overlooking the beautiful coast. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and in a very quiet area. The host Panagiotis was great and very helpful.

Everything was perfect. Just a gentle suggestion - perhaps to have basic condiments like olive oil, vinegar and kitchen roll. We did buy these and left them for the next guests. Although we ate out every evening it was nice to prepare a fresh salad for lunch and fruits.

Fantastic. When can I return?

Everything! Beautiful property, very well located and equipped.Spacious with lots of small touches which made it extra special. The view from my studio was incredible. Loved it! A special mention to Panayiotis, who runs the business with his family. A wonderful, friendly, kind and helpful host. Would be a privilege to stay here again.

Best location and hosts

Everything was perfect: The best location, quiet and away from the most busy part (which is not busy compared to other greek islands), but still very close to everything, 2 steps from sea, delicately decorated and charming house, super comfortable beds, and the sweetest and friendliest hosts. Very greatful they let us stay longer when ferry was cancelled 🙏

Beautiful and spacious house with all the facilities you need. Lovely decoration as well! The location is perfect, you can watch the sunset from the varanda! We are definitely staying at SOHORO again next time we visit Koufonisia.

Exceptional

The location was superb. Great views of the sea. The furnishings and accessories were top quality ( expensive shower gels and shampoos for example). The owner was friendly and available to answer any queries. Really, the photos do not do this place justice. The bedrooms and en-suite bathroom are exceptional. This is undoubtedly the best quality accommodation we have stayed in during 20 years of frequent Greek island hopping.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt – nur wenige Schritte vom Meer, dem Hafen und Restaurants/ Geschäften entfernt. Modern ausgestattet, blitzsauber und mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse, von der aus man jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte. Der Vermieter war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικό, ευρύχωρο και πολύ λειτουργικό. Το μικρό κουζίνακι βολεψε ώστε να φτιάχνουμε καφέ και πρωινό. Το μπάνιο υπέροχο και πολύ καθαρό. Το στρώμα πολύ άνετο. Μου άρεσε που είχε γενικά χώρο να αφήνεις πράγματα, καλλυντικά, προσωπικά αντικείμενα κλπ. Το highlight ήταν όμως το μπαλκόνι. Είχε ένα τέλειο καναπεδακι για να αραξεις και η θέα ήταν φανταστικη. Ειδικά όταν έπεφτε το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί η εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση. Ήρθαν και μας πήραν από το λιμάνι παρόλο που είναι πολύ κοντά, κάθε μέρα μας τακτοποιουσαν το δωμάτιο και όλοι πολύ ευγενικοι.

Flott utsikt, romslige rom, veldig sentralt, kveldssol, gåavstand til alt, veldig hyggelig personale. Stort kjøleskap med fryser, vannkoker, toastjern osv- perfekt for å kunne lage frokost og lignende. Vaskemaskin var praktisk!
