I liked the private balcony and direct view of the town Rab. On balcony is a tenda so you have shade all day long.
We are young so cca 700m walk is not a problem. For some older people it might be but the view is worth it.

Very clean, comfy, spacious with amazing view
We didnt know that it is on a hill so could not walk to town with small kids
