Apartman je dovoljno prostran. Ima vrlo dobar raspored prostorija. Dobro je opremljen i prijatno je boraviti u njemu. Voda iz slavine je dobrog kvaliteta. Park-šetalište nije daleko kao ni akvapark.
Nalazi se na trećem spratu (visoko potkrovlje), pa je malo naporno penjanje do njega, pogotovo za starije ljude. U blizini nema nikakve prodavnice.

Stan je prostran, konforan. Lokacija je odlucna- blizu je akva parkovima, bazenima termalne vode, autobuskoj stanici, pijaci i pesackoj zoni. U blizini su i marketi, pekara i apoteka. Vrlo je uredan i cist.
Ne postoji nista sto mi je smetalo u vezi sa stanom.
